CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.L. Update Municipal Code provisions related to deferred <br /> payment of City development fees to ensure consistency across <br />related code sections, align with recent changes to State law and <br />provide procedural clarity for applicants and staff <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance repealing <br />ordinance 2477 authorizing deferrals of payment for City fees <br />associated with development projects and adding Redwood <br />City Municipal Code Chapter 18 (Local Improvements & <br />Planning), Article XVII (Development Fee Deferrals) and <br />amending Section 18.258.C (Imposition and Payment of Parks <br />Impact Fee) for internal consistency; and <br />2. By motion, approve Development Fee Deferral Agreement <br />and Notice of Lien with Power of Sale Template.
