8. STAFF REPORTS - continued <br /> 8.B. Consider future agreement with Outfront-Foster <br /> Interstate (O/FI) on potential placement of a digital <br /> billboard at 350 Convention Way <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, authorize staff to prepare and sign a Letter of <br />Intent (LOI) with O/FI to confirm the City’s interest in <br />considering a digital billboard at 350 Convention Way ; <br />2. By motion, authorize staff to negotiate terms for a digital <br />billboard agreement, should the City Council ultimately <br />approve the billboard at that location; and <br />3. By motion, direct staff to return to the City Council at the <br />end of the negotiation and, if staff recommends moving <br />forward with agreed-upon terms, to prepare the agreement <br />and amendments to the City's sign ordinance that would allow <br />for the installation of a digital billboard at that location.
