1.Authorize staff to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Outfront / <br />Foster Interstate to confirm the City's interest in considering a <br />digital billboard at 350 Convention Way; <br />2.Authorize staff to negotiate terms for a digital billboard <br />agreement, should the City Council ultimately approve the <br />billboard at that location; and <br />3.Direct staff to return to the City Council at the end of the <br />negotiation and, if staff recommends moving forward with <br />agreed-upon terms, to prepare the agreement and amendments <br />to the City's sign ordinance that would allow for the installation <br />of a digital billboard at 350 Convention Way. <br />13 of 13 <br />Recommendation
