___________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ JUNE 9, 2025 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 9 <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 69 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing, and if protests are not made by a majority of the affected parcels, <br />adopt a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Sewer Service Charge Report and <br />authorizing the collection of sewer service charges on the tax roll for residential <br />customers with one dwelling unit per parcel (requires 5/7 vote). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Chu and Gee, to adopt a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2025- <br />26 Sewer Service Charge Report and authorizing the collection of sewer service charges <br />on the tax roll for residential customers with one dwelling unit per parcel, passed <br />unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />8. Adopt a resolution nominating the geography as depicted in Attachment A as a Priority <br />Conservation Area (PCA) and authorizing submission of the nomination as the “Greater <br />Downtown & Southeast Redwood City Priority Conservation Area” to the Association of <br />Bay Area Governments for designation as a PCA; <br />2. Adopt a resolution nominating the geography as depicted in Attachment A as a Priority
