Upon completion of sanitary sewer construction operations, all lines, manholes, <br />and other structures shall be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, rubbish, debris and <br />obstructions of any kind to the satisfaction of the ENGINEER, and the entire work <br />site shall be cleaned of all waste, rubbish, and construction debris of any nature. <br />END OF SECTION
