Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to on-site and off-site <br />improvements including undergrounding of overhead utilities; installing new water, recycled <br />water, and sewer service lines; extending the water main within the MainStreet frontage; installing <br />bioretention areas for stormwater treatment; installing new sidewalk, curb and gutter along the <br />Main Street and Spruce Street frontages of the project and neighboring parcel and associated <br />work. <br />That the real properties upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains to the following properties located in Redwood City, California: <br />1629 Main Street along Spruce Street <br />Redwood City, CA <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br />W.L.
