6/11/01 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUT ION NO. 14251 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF A PORTION OF THE <br />PREMISES LOCATED AT THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY <br />CENTER <br />(FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN MATEO COUNTY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Revocable Permit — (Family Service <br />Agency of San Mateo County)" (form dated 06/04/01), by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />Family Service Agency of San Mateo County, a private nonprofit corporation in <br />the State of California, granting to said Agency the non - exclusive use of the <br />portion of the premises located at the Fair Oaks Community Center, subject to <br />the terms and conditions stated therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1134 <br />FX S: rg <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Cound1 <br />06/04/01 <br />
