Change orders were approved for a total <br />of $130,431, which is 7.55% of the original contract amount. The change orders included additional work <br />necessary due to unforeseen conditions, including: <br />• Removal and replacement of additional 28 roof rafters on Easter Bowl Tank <br />• Relocation of conflicting utilities <br />• Repair of cracks on existing Easter Bowl Tank Foundation <br />• Repair of roof knuckle gusset plates <br />• Repair of roof plate holes <br />• Repair of roof vent support halo <br />The City Engineer has determined that the improvements outlined by the project plans and specifications <br />are complete.
