(TRB) to provide additional capacity to maintain customer <br />service levels during high-volume periods and maintain specialized expertise <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />contract amendments for on-call professional services for the Community <br />Development Department – Building Division: <br />1. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code <br />Consultants, Inc. to increase compensation by $1,738,560 for a total not-to- <br />exceed contract amount of $6,277,120; <br />2. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with True North Compliance <br />Services, Inc. to increase compensation by $500,000 for a total not-to-exceed <br />contract amount of $2,500,000; and <br />3. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with TRB and Associates, Inc. to <br />increase compensation by $200,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of <br />$600,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.P.Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Services with Associated Right of Way <br />Services, Inc. (AR/WS) for the State Route 84 (Woodside Road)/U.S. 101 <br />Interchange Reimagined Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />4 to the Agreement for Services with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc. <br />(AR/WS) to provide additional services for an amount not to exceed $235,731, <br />for a total contract amount of $945,850. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.Q.Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with RSG, Inc. (RSG) to <br />continue to provide real property consulting services as needed <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Agreement for Services with RSG, Inc., for an additional one-year term, <br />expiring July 28, 2026. <br />7
