I heard that the City Council is voting on <br />a law to fine or jail unhoused people of Redwood City if they fail to accept a spot in a homeless shelter <br />I encourage the city council to vote NO on the Policy until Unhoused Shelter processes, rules, and availability are <br />better known to the public and the people they could potentially serve. <br />Thank you,
