Organization <br />WDR REQUIREMENTS <br />Att. D-2 (pg. D-3) <br />“The Plan must identify organizational staffing responsible and integral for implementing the local <br />Sewer System Management Plan through an organization chart or similar narrative documentation that <br />includes: <br />• The name of the Legally Responsible Official as required in section 5.1 (Designation of a Legally <br />Responsible Official) of this General Order; <br />• The position titles, telephone numbers, and email addresses for management, administrative, <br />and maintenance positions responsible for implementing specific Sewer System Management <br />Plan Element; <br />• Organizational lines of authority; and <br />• Chain of communication for reporting spills from receipt of complaint or other information, <br />including the person responsible for reporting spills to the State and Regional Water Boards and <br />other agencies, as applicable. (For example, county health officer, county environmental health <br />City, and State Office of emergency Services.)” <br />COMPLIANCE <br />City’s three Legally Responsible Officials (LROs) are listed below.
