The owner shall submit plans and obtain architectural permit approvals <br /> for a landscape/irrigation plan in compliance with Section 35.6 b) d)), <br /> including the incorporation of five 24-inch box trees along the eastern <br /> property line, to the satisfaction of the City, within 30 days from the <br /> date of this hearing. <br /> <br /> 7.
