Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Services with Redwood City PAL Center to <br />implement the “Purposeful Action, Create and Engage” (PACE) Program for transition- <br />aged youth through June 30, 2026, using grant funds (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the <br />Agreement for Services with the Redwood City Police Activities League, Inc. (doing <br />business as Redwood City PAL Center) to manage the “Purposeful Action, Create and <br />Engage” (PACE) Program for transition-aged youth, covering the time period July 1, <br />2025, through June 30, 2026, without appropriating any additional funds, with the total <br />contract amount remaining at $855,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.J. Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for <br />project management services, and Amendment No. 7 to Agreement for Services with <br />ELS Architecture and Urban Design for construction administration services for the <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center-YMCA Project, for extended time and <br />services due to construction delays (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to <br />the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project management <br />services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount <br />of $162,910, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,807,148; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 7 to <br />the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for construction <br />administration services for a not-to exceed amount of $118,792, for a total not-to- <br />exceed amount of $9,930,028. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.K.
