<br />CHARLES H. HOLT and MADGE HOLT, his wife, both of the City
<br />and County of San Francisco, State of California, the parties
<br />of the first part, and CITY dND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a
<br />municipal corporation, the party of the second part,
<br />WITNE"SET?f: That the said parties of the first part,
<br />In consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars
<br />($800.00), lawful money of the United States of America, to
<br />them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents,

<br />ISateo County, March 24, 1922, in Book 11 of Maps, pages
<br />1 and 2; saidportion of Lots 33, 34 and 36 being described
<br />as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line
<br />of Hawes Street, distant 86.67 feet northwesterly from its
<br />intersection with the northwesterly line of vera Avenue;
<br />thence northwesterly along said northeasterly line of
<br />Hawes Street 63.43 feet to the most westerly corner of
