REV: 06-23-25 LR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and a Description of Price for Services <br />including, if applicable, hourly rates. <br />Associated Right of Way Services (AR/WS) has been working on the US101/SR84 <br />(Woodside Road) Interchange Project since 2018. In a memorandum prepared on June <br />27, 2024, and approved July 8, 2024 AR/WS requested a reallocation of funds to <br />reallocate and utilize existing budget. This was primarily due to the preparation of updated <br />appraisal reports prior to making first written offers to the property owners. <br />Scope of Work <br />The project has progressed, and additional services are required to update the Right of <br />Way Cost Estimate and update appraisal reports for potential condemnation. Additionally, <br />the Project Management, Acquisition Services, Condemnation Support and Right of Way <br />Certifications budgets need to be replenished. <br />Fee <br />TOTAL ADDITIONAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT $235,731.
