1 <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN <br />CHILD CARE COORDINATING COUNCIL OF SAN MATEO COUNTY, INC. <br />AND <br />REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER, AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY TOGETHER <br /> <br /> <br />THIS MOU is made and entered into by and between Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo <br />County, Inc. and REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER, AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT <br />FOR REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER <br />and is effective as of . WHEREAS, Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo <br />County, Inc. may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for <br />County or any Department thereof; and WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that <br />REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER, AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY TOGETHER be retained for <br />outreach and engagement for the Family Child Care (FCC) Pathways Project. <br />Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT: <br />To establish a MOU between Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County Inc. and <br />REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER, AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY TOGETHER to provide outreach <br />and engagement for the Family Child Care (FCC) Pathways Project in San Mateo County. This MOU <br />identifies the scope of services that CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT <br />FOR REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER agrees to provide procedures for billing, terms of payment, and <br />compliance requirements. <br />2.- EXHIBITS AND ATTACHMENTS: <br />The following exhibits and attachments are attached to this Agreement and incorporated into this <br />Agreement by this reference: <br />Exhibit A—Services <br />Exhibit B—Payments and Rates <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.183/Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County, Inc.
