9 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit B <br />In consideration of the services provided by City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent <br />for Redwood City Together described in Exhibit A and subject to the terms of the Agreement, Child Care <br />Coordinating Council of San Mateo County, Inc. shall pay City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent <br />for Redwood City Together based on the following fee schedule and terms: <br />1. Payments to Redwood City Together, and City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for Redwood <br />City Together will be on a per activity basis. Payments to the Redwood City Together, and City of <br />Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for Redwood City Together will not exceed $18,750. <br />2. Redwood City Together, and City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for Redwood City Together <br />shall submit monthly invoices, no later than the 15th of each month, along with quarterly reports for the <br />outreach events and activities. <br />3.
