SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor will sell Goods to the City from the items listed below on as-needed basis. <br />City does not guarantee, nor agrees to purchase a minimum quantity of Goods. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />Vendor will provide the Goods and Services on a per unit cost basis as outlined <br />below.
