Code § 27383. <br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION <br />THIS DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION (“Declaration”) is made and <br />entered into this _____ day of _______________, 2025, by the Property Owner, <br />Cayman LLC, a California limited liability company, (“Owner”). <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, Owner owns all that certain real property situated in the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, commonly known as 2 Summit Way, APN: 068-262-150 <br />(the “Property”), as more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has approved a certificate of compliance <br />to legalize the Property into two parcels and is processing an application for approval to <br />construct a single-family residence; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />(“City”), and not contiguous to the City’s boundary, but within the City’s Sphere of <br />Influence as determined by the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation <br />Commission (the “Commission”); and <br />WHEREAS, on August 25, 2025 the City Council of the City adopted Resolution <br />No. _______ authorizing the application by the City to the Commission requesting <br />approval for extension of water service to serve a new single-family residence on the <br />Property pursuant to Government Code Section 65133 and in compliance with <br />Redwood City Municipal Code Chapter 38 (Water System Regulations); and <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.175/(TBD) (2 Summit Way) (Page 1 of 4) <br />7.F. - Page 7 of 10 <br />103
