In compliance with the California Health and Safety <br />Code Sections 13146.2 and 13146.3, 100% of all property types required by state mandate to be <br />inspected annually were inspected in FY 24/25. <br />The attachment to this staff report shows the FY 24/25 inspection results for state-mandated <br />inspections. The state mandates that the listed occupancy types receive an initial annual inspection. <br />It does not mandate that any violations noted be corrected within the annual cycle. <br />Mandated inspections include: <br />R2: Multi-Family Residential <br />E: Educational Facilities <br />R1: Hotel/Motel <br />I-3: Institutional Jails <br />High Rise Buildings <br />Camps <br />The properties that did not achieve complete correction of all violations within FY 24/25 are <br />continuously followed up on until violations are corrected. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact anticipated. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />7.J. - Page 2 of 5 <br />188
