Levy of benefit assessments for the tax roll year 2025- <br /> 2026 for the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance <br /> District 1995-1 formed to maintain public areas and facilities <br />benefiting the Lido neighborhood <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution requesting and authorizing the County <br />Controller to levy the benefit assessments for the Redwood <br />Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 in the <br />amount of $300,447 and authorizing the County Tax Collector to <br />collect such assessments for the tax roll year 2025-2026.
