CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 7.K. Three-year Geographic Information System (GIS) <br /> software enterprise license agreement with <br /> Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to ESRI’s software compatibility with the <br />existing City programs, equipment and systems, it is unlikely that a <br />competitive bidding process would serve the City’s best interests or result <br />in a lower price and the contract may be awarded without a competitive <br />bidding process, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the Master Agreement Products and Services (EA) for small governments <br />and Quotation #Q-545690 with Environmental Systems Research Institute <br />(ESRI) in the amount of $180,900 to provide the primary GIS technology <br />used by City staff for a period of three years, July 28, 2025 through July <br />27, 2028 and authorize the City Manager to increase the amount of the <br />agreement, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $198,990 (requires 5/7 <br />vote).
