CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 7.N. Resolution amending the Water Supply Agreement <br /> with the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale <br /> Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa <br />Clara County; and Resolution to approve the Tier 2 Drought <br />Response Implementation Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution amending the 2021 Amended and Restated Water <br />Supply Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco and <br />Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara <br />County, approving those revisions to be incorporated into a 2025 Amended <br />and Restated Water Supply Agreement, and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute such agreement when final execution copies are prepared and <br />distributed by BAWSCA ; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the Tier 2 Drought Response Implementation <br />Plan pursuant to Section 3.11.C of the Amended and Restated Water Supply <br />Agreement.
