Contractual agreements with non-profit agencies allow the City to <br />influence the human service programs offered to Redwood City <br />residents <br />4. Financial assistance grants demonstrate the City's support of the <br />activities of specific non-profits and make it possible for these agencies <br />to leverage additional funds that will benefit local residents.
