ATTY/RESO.0088/CC RESO APPROVING PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (1475 VETERANS BLVD) <br />REV: 08-14-25 VR <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />rights as established pursuant to the City’s approved appraisal for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council approves the Property Purchase Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and FN Veterans LLC, as Seller, for the <br />purchase of the real property rights within the property identified as 1475 Veterans <br />Boulevard, APN 052-431-010 in the amount of $11,100, substantially in the form <br />attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution (the “Agreement”). <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Manager, or their designee (each an “Authorized Officer”), is <br />hereby authorized to execute and deliver, for and in the name of the City, the <br />Agreement and the Certificates of Acceptance, substantially in the form attached as <br />Exhibit B to this Resolution, with such additions or changes as the Authorized Officer <br />executing the same may approve (such approval to be conclusively evidenced by such <br />Authorized Officer's execution and delivery thereof). <br /> <br />Section 3. The Authorized Officer is hereby authorized, jointly and severally, to <br />do all things that they may deem necessary or proper to effectuate the purposes of this <br />Resolution and implement the Agreement and the acquisition of the real property rights <br />therein described by the City, including the execution and recordation of agreements, <br />certificates, deeds, instructions and documents contemplated by the Agreement and <br />any such actions previously taken are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />Section 4.
