Accountability <br />Grantee shall maintain full financial accounting of these expenditures of these grant funds and report on the program <br />or projects carried out with these funds are required as a condition of this grant. The reporting <br />instructions with a link to the outline report form will be emailed to you 3-4 weeks prior to the report. <br />III. Limit of Commitment <br />Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, this grant is made with the understanding that the SHD has no <br />obligation to provide additional support to the grantee. <br />IV. Marketing <br />Grantee is encouraged to make public announcements about this government grant funding (Do not announce <br />funding as foundation support). Grantee shall coordinate with SHD personnel when developing or presenting <br />press releases or other media referencing grant funding and SHD.
