(a) Building glass; or <br />(b) Tenants improvements and betterments as described in Part A.1.b.(3) under Section I — <br />Property <br />(3) The most we will pay under this Coverage Extension in any one occurrence is $20,000 at each <br />Described Premises. <br />XXVI. Coverage Extension: Loss Payment on Merchandise Sold <br />The following Coverage Extension is added to Part A.6. (Section I — Property): <br />Subject to the Limit Of Insurance, Business Personal Property Coverage is extended to cover loss of <br />or damage to merchandise that you have sold but not yet delivered. The basis of the valuation of <br />such merchandise shall be the price paid by the customer to the insured, not to exceed the amount <br />for which the insured is legally liable. <br />The Limit Of Insurance for this Coverage Extension is an aggregate of $25,000 per policy period. <br />XXVII. Coverage Extension: Newly Acquired Or Constructed Property: Increase Building Coverage <br />The last paragraph of Part A.6.a.(1) (Section I — Property) Newly Acquired Or Constructed Property <br />is replaced with: <br />The most we will pay for loss or damage under this Coverage Extension is $500,000 at each building <br />to which this applies. <br />XXVIII. Coverage Extension: Newly Acquired Or Constructed Property: Business Income and Extra Expense <br />Coverage <br />The following Coverage Extension is added to Part A.6.a (Section I — Property) Newly Acquired Or <br />Constructed Property: <br />You may extend the insurance that applies to Business Income and Extra Expense to apply to newly <br />acquired or constructed locations. The most we will pay for loss of business income under this <br />Coverage Extension is $250,000 at each building to which this applies. <br />XXIX. Coverage Extension: Newly Acquired Or Constructed Property: Increase Business Personal <br />Property Coverage <br />The last paragraph of Part A.6.a.(2) (Section I — Property) Newly Acquired Or Constructed Property <br />is replaced with: <br />The most we will pay for loss or damage under this Coverage Extension is $250,000 at each building <br />to which this applies. <br />XXX. Coverage Extension: Outdoor Property <br />The last paragraph of Part A.6.c. (Section I — Property) Outdoor Property is replaced with: <br />The most we will pay for loss or damage under this Coverage Extension is $20,000, but not more <br />than $1,000 for any one tree, shrub or plant. <br />XXXI. Coverage Extension: Personal Effects <br />Part A.6.d. (Section I — Property) Personal Effects is replaced with: <br />You may extend the insurance that applies to Business Personal Property to apply to personal <br />effects owned by you, your officers, your partners or "members", your "managers" or your <br />employees.
