Blanket Additional Insured — By Contract With Primary and Noncontributory Clause The following is added to Part C.2.Who Is An Insured (Section II — liability) as to who is also an insured: Any person or organization when you and such person or organization have agreed in writing in a contract, agreement or permit, that such person or organization be added as an additional insured on your policy to provide insurance such as is afforded under this Coverage Form but only with respect to the liability of that person or organization arising out of "bodily injury" or "property damage" occurring: (1) During ongoing operations performed by you or on your behalf; or (2) On premises or facilities owned by used by you;
