REV: 07-25-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE <br />●Consultant’s Executive Director or designated project lead will participate in <br />Community Collaborative for Children’s Success (CCCS) Core Team meetings <br />●Consultant will advance the values and aims of the CCCS Core Team plan by <br />participating in activities and attending the CCCS Neighborhood Action Team <br />(NAT) meetings <br />●Consultant will serve as an ambassador for the CCCS Core Team <br />●Consultant will co-create CCCS’ vision and policies along with the CCCS NAT to <br />Redwood City Together Leadership Council, and City and San Mateo County <br />representatives <br />●Consultant will assist the CCCS Core Team with review of grant proposals and <br />offer feedback and support when needed <br />●Consultant will co-create and uphold policies as a member of CCCS Team <br />●Consultant will support with data collection such as surveys that will inform the <br />plans of the core group <br />●Consultant will participate in strategic planning and tactical efforts to advance the <br />CCCS work <br />●Consultant will contribute to progress in one or more of the established <br />subcommittees of the Core Team (community gatherings, youth employment, <br />governance) through regular attendance at subcommittee meetings, contributing <br />time/resources/staff support to activities of the subcommittee, and ensuring <br />effective data-gathering and timely reporting on metrics associated with <br />subcommittee needs <br />●Consultant will submit an end of the year report on progress on chosen aim <br />statements <br />Consultant will be paid the full amount upon execution of this Agreement, consistent <br />with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.188/Redwood City Police Activities League, Inc.
