Code § 27383] <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br />HARBOR VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />The City of Redwood City ("City") has conducted an annual review of the Development <br />Agreement between the City and Harbor View Property LLC, a Delaware limited liability company <br />("Developer"), dated for reference purposes as of December 28, 2022, and recorded in the Official <br />Records of San Mateo County as Document No. 2023-000975 ("Development Agreement') for <br />the annual review period from January to December 2024.
