REV: 08-12-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE <br />Consultant will: <br />Co-chair Core Team subcommittee space; coordinate meeting logistics in <br />partnership with Redwood City Together <br />Host Core Team meetings at organization facility <br />Attend meetings as indicated in the Community Collaborative for Children’s <br />Success (CCCS) Core Team calendar, which includes: <br />o Neighborhood Action Team (NAT) Meetings <br />o Core Team Meetings <br />In partnership with other Core Team members and Redwood City Together, <br />create, measure, and fulfill activities towards meeting the collaborative’s AIM <br />statements: <br />By October 2025, Core Team organizations will have developed and <br />delivered 6 gatherings throughout the community that focus on listening <br />to, healing, supporting, and protecting undocumented and mixed status <br />families. <br />By October 2025, the total number of RWC/NFO youth (up to age 25) with <br />paid roles in CCCS Organizations will increase. <br />Actively and regularly participate in at least one subcommittee: youth <br />employment, community gatherings, and/or governance and work to advance the <br />goals and activities of that subcommittee <br />Submit an end of year report on their contributions to the subcommittees on <br />which they serve as well as to the functioning of the Core Team and NAT <br />When needed, provide forums for CCCS related activities, including but not <br />limited to: <br />Monthly meetings <br />Ad-hoc meetings <br />Co-created events <br />Presentations on survey data <br />Participate in data collection activities, such as surveys and interviews, for <br />CACHI reporting purposes as well as for purposes established by the Core Team <br />or its subcommittees <br />Participate in 1:1 check-ins with Redwood City Together for: <br />Data collection purposes <br />Opportunities to provide feedback to one another <br />Gauge health of collaborative <br />Progress on chosen CCCS Indicators <br />Consultant will receive first payment of $35,000 upon execution of this Agreement and <br />remaining balance upon completion of services pursuant to an application for payment <br />form consistent with Section 6 of the Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.208/Young Men's Christian Association of Silicon Valley (CCCS Subcontract FY24-26) (Page 11 of 11)
