Administration <br />Consultant shall submit invoices quarterly. <br />The Compost Program will consist of two phases: <br />o Initial Program Phase (Rounds 1A and 1B): The initial phase of the Program <br />is conducted in two consecutive terms referred to herein as Rounds 1A <br />(2022- 2023) and Round 1B (2024-2025). This phase is jointly funded by all <br />jurisdictions in San Mateo County. The total cost of both terms is <br />$1,269,470.88. <br />City shall receive 10.683% of the SB 1383 procurement credits <br />associated with this phase, and shall be responsible for $75,094.01, <br />representing 10.683% of the total program cost for this phase. <br />Invoices issued during this phase shall reflect City’s pro-rata share <br />of the total cost, based on its allocation of procurement credits. <br />This phase is considered complete once all funds allocated for <br />Rounds 1A and 1B have been expended. <br />o Supplemental Procurement Phase (Round 2): This voluntary, supplemental <br />phase is funded by a subset of participating jurisdictions that elect to provide <br />additional funds beyond the initial program phase. <br />Under this phase, City shall contribute an additional not to exceed <br />amount of $124,905.99 and receive procurement credits proportional <br />to the amount of compost procured using City’s specific contribution. <br />Invoices for this round shall reflect only City’s specific contribution <br />and the related procurement credit. <br />Each quarterly invoice shall be accompanied by a progress report, which shall <br />include updates on the Consultant’s outreach, technical assistance, and compost <br />procurement and application efforts completed during the reporting period. The <br />progress report may also include images of compost application projects for the <br />jurisdiction to use in public reports, presentations, or other outreach. <br />Consultant shall submit a final report by March 1, 2026 summarizing all outreach, <br />technical assistance, and compost procurement and application efforts completed <br />through this Agreement; all costs associated with the project; the SB 1383 <br />procurement and carbon sequestration credit accredited to the City; and a <br />summary of the needs, strategies, opportunities identified in Task 4, and any other <br />relevant information. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
