Research City archives and retrieve plans, reports, maps, and other public records <br />for the Engineering & Transportation department, other departments, and public <br />inquiry. <br />b. Perform title searches, research rights-of-way and easements based on legal <br />descriptions. <br />9. Other permit-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Civil Engineer. <br />PAYMENT TERMS <br />Invoices shall be submitted monthly in accordance with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Services to be billed on an hourly basis according to the rates identified below. All <br />payments are due thirty (30) days after receipt of accurate invoice. <br />All hourly rates include overhead costs including, but not limited to, salaries and benefits, <br />workers’ compensation insurance, travel and office expenses. <br />Standard fee rates provided for each classification are subject to 5% annual escalation <br />or the most recent US Bureau Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index, which ever is <br />higher. <br />Overtime work, if required, must be pre-approved by the City.
