UTILITY RATE ASSISTANCE <br />PROGRAM <br />Need help paying your utilities? <br />The City of Redwood City offers the Water and Sewer Rate <br />Assistance Program (WSRAP) to qualifying utility rate payers. <br />Eligibility is based on household income and qualifying applicants <br />will receive a credit of around $20 on their utility bill each month. <br />Learn more at www.redwoodcity.org/rateassistance
