Agreement for Services with City Consultants & Research, LLC for technical assistance <br />to implement and manage grant funding from United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for services <br />with City Consultants & Research, LLC for technical assistance to implement and manage <br />the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships <br />(HOME), HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP), <br />and Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) programs for a one- <br />year term in an amount not to exceed $42,133, with two one-year extensions in an <br />amount not to exceed $38,133 for the first extension and $62,933 for a second extension <br />for a total contract amount not to exceed $143,200. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.M. Agreement for Services with EKI Environment & Water, Inc. for the development of <br />Redwood City’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services with EKI Environment & Water, Inc.
