Page 12 of 12 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />Guidelines, Section 15378(b)(2); and, even if considered a “project” under CEQA, is exempt from CEQA <br />review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b) because commercial remodels are subject to the <br />issuance of building permits which are ministerial, and to the extent that a commercial remodel involves <br />a discretionary action, such discretionary action/future project will be fully evaluated in full compliance <br />with CEQA when sufficient physical details regarding said projects and/or activities are available to permit <br />meaningful CEQA review (see CEQA Guidelines, Section 15004(b)(1)). <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Do not approve the proposed Affordable Housing Incentive Program. <br />2. Approve the proposed Affordable Housing Incentive Program with modifications directed by the City <br />Council. <br />3. Do not approve suspending the Green Infrastructure Development Standards for commercial <br />remodels. <br />4.
