CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 8.C. Agreement for Services with CPS HR Consulting for <br />classification and compensation services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />an Agreement for Services with Cooperative Personnel Services <br />dba CPS HR Consulting to provide as-needed classification and <br />compensation consulting services in an amount not to exceed <br />$405,000 for a three-year term, with an option to extend for <br />one additional two-year term in amount not to exceed <br />$270,000 for a total contract value of $675,000.
