Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with <br /> Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates for revenue <br />enhancement and business license compliance services <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Services with <br />Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (HdL) for revenue <br />enhancement and business license compliance services to <br />increase the not-to-exceed amount by $150,000 for the purpose <br />of modifying the current scope of work and extending the term <br />by one year, for a total contract amount of $838,219.72 covering <br />the period January 15, 2021 until January 14, 2027.
