Owner's lenders for any such amendments, or modifications of this Agreement <br />6.14 No Tliird Par Beneficiaries. There shall be no third party beneficiaries to this <br />Agreement. <br />6.15 Title of Parts and Sections. Any titles of the sections or subsections of this <br />Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall be disregarded in interpreting <br />any part of the Agreement's provisions. <br />6.16 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or <br />unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining portions of this Agreement <br />shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br />6.17 Multiple Originals. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple <br />originals, each of which is deemed to be an original, and may be signed in counterparts. <br />6.18 Mortgagee Protection. No violation of any provision contained herein shall <br />defeat or render invalid the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust made in good faith and for value <br />upon all or any portion of the Development or the Property, and the purchaser at any trustee's sale <br />or foreclosure sale shall not be liable for any violation of any provision hereof occurring prior to <br />the acquisition of title by such purchaser. Such purchaser shall be bound by and subject to this <br />Agreement from and after such trustee's sale or foreclosure sale. Promptly upon determining that <br />a violation of this Agreement has occurred, City shall give written notice to the holders of record <br />of any mortgages or deeds of trust encumbering the Development or the Property that such <br />violation has occurred, if the City has received notice from the Owner of the existence of such <br />mortgage or deed of trust including holder of such mortgage or deed of trust address and other <br />relevant information.
