For areas less than 2,500 SF, the design <br />is not required to extend 15 feet beyond as typically required by NFPA 13. <br /> <br />Sec. 12.31.1. – CHAPTER 80, NFPA 13-25, SECTION 27.10 AMENDED: <br /> <br />Chapter 80, NFPA 13-25, Section 27.10 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Amend Section 27.10 as follows: Fire sprinkler systems for the protection of <br />laboratory buildings shall be designed and installed in accordance with this standard, <br />with a minimum design density of Ordinary Hazard Group II. <br /> <br />Sec. 12.31.2. – CHAPTER 80, NFPA 13D-25, SECTION 6.2.2(2) AMENDED: <br /> <br />Chapter 80, NFPA 13D-25, Section 6.2.2(2) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) A stand-alone tank is permitted only if the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />(a) The pump shall be connected to a 220-volt circuit breaker shared with a <br />common household appliance (e.g., range, oven, dryer),
