The results <br />help both cities and OTS identify emerging and on-going traffic safety problem areas in order to plan <br />solutions and facilitate grants. <br />Redwood City falls into OTS’s Group C This group is for cities with a population of 50,001-100,000. The <br />latest processed OTS data is for year 2022. Table 2 shows the Redwood City rank in each topic area, with <br />an OTS Ranking of 1 being the city with the most incidents for that group category.
