Tentative Side Letter Agreements between City of <br /> Redwood City and all City bargaining units, and <br />Resolution for Unrepresented Executive Management and <br />Confidential Employees regarding changes to dental <br />insurance for Calendar Year 2026 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Tentative Side Letter Agreements relative to 2026 <br />dental insurance for employees represented by the Service Employees <br />International Union (SEIU) Local 521, Redwood City Management <br />Employees Association (RCMEA), Redwood City Police Officers Association <br />(POA), Redwood City Police Supervisors Association (PSA), International <br />Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2400, and the Chief Officers <br />Association (COA); and <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the 2026 dental insurance plans as <br />provided in the Summaries of Compensation and Terms of Employment <br />for Unrepresented Executive Management and Confidential Employees.
