Waive second reading and adopt an Ordinance repealing Article II (Redwood City <br />Fire Code) of Chapter 12 (Fire Prevention) of the Redwood City Code (except <br />Section 12 .7.1) and adopting the new Article II of the Chapter 12 adopting Title 24 , <br />Part 9 of the California Code of Regulations, namely the 2025 California Fire <br />Code together with non -building standards of 2024 International Fire Code and <br />certain local amendments, exceptions, modifications, and additions thereto. <br />Recommendation (Continued) <br />4 of 18
