Waiver of Conflict <br />I, Rafael Avendaño, Executive Director, on behalf of Client, hereby acknowledge that <br />I have carefully read the foregoing Notice and Waiver of Conflict, informing me that Client’s <br />interests may potentially be in conflict with those of the County in connection with the County <br />Attorney’s concurrent joint representation of Client’s and County’s interests in connection with <br />the Matters. <br />I expressly acknowledge that the concurrent joint representation by the County <br />Attorney of Client’s and the County’s interests constitutes the representation of potentially <br />conflicting interests, to the extent that Client’s and the County’s interests are potentially adverse. <br />I nevertheless knowingly and voluntarily consent on behalf of the Client to such <br />concurrent joint representation by the County Attorney.
