SCHEDULE FOR SOIL VAPOR INVESTIGATION <br />Consultant shall follow the below project schedule for the soil vapor investigation, which <br />may be amended with approval by the Public Works Director or their designee. <br />Task Description Timeline <br />Scoping meeting with the Water Board Week of September 15, 2025 <br />Preparation of Soil Vapor Investigation Work <br />Plan <br />2-3 weeks <br />Submittal of Soil Vapor Investigation Work Plan By January 31, 2026 <br />Assist with Regulatory Communications and Site <br />Access Agreements <br />2 weeks <br />Field Preparation and Soil Vapor Well Installation 3 weeks <br />Soil Vapor Sampling 1 week <br />Soil Vapor Investigation and Reporting 4 weeks from receipt of results <br />IV. GENERAL TIMELINE FOR A QUARTER OF GROUNDWATER MONITOR <br />SAMPLING <br />1.On-site sampling – Schedule 3 weeks after City request <br />2.Analytical laboratory results – 1 week from Consultant submittal to laboratory <br />3.Consultant submit draft report to City – 2 to 3 weeks after receiving laboratory <br />results <br />V.
