REV: 08-14-25 LF EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES Contractor shall provide City with overhead door maintenance services for City owned facilities on an as-needed basis at the request of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee. Services may include: •Testing door and motor operability •Testing safety edges •Testing remotes and transmitters •Adjusting limits and chain slack •Adjusting logic board settings and timers •Adjusting idler pulleys •Adjusting trolley drive shaft assemblies •Loosening and tightening motors and chains •Resetting take-up reels and rollers •Inspecting drums, cables, bearings, hinges, rollers, and set screws; lubing when Necessary Contractor shall be able to provide services Monday through Friday and have the ability to respond to emergency on-site service calls after hours and on weekends, if necessary. Contractor shall generate written estimates while on‐site and respond to emergency service calls within one hour of receiving notification from the City. FEE City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
