REV: 09-04-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide body repair services for City owned vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, <br />and off-road motorized equipment <br />Types of equipment requiring repair may include: <br />•Aerial trucks <br />•Loaders <br />•Excavators <br />•Dump trucks <br />•Bucket trucks <br />•Crane trucks <br />•Street sweepers <br />•Vactor trucks <br />•Woodchippers <br />•Customized utility trucks <br />•Law enforcement vehicles <br />•Fire trucks <br />Services shall be provided at the request of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or <br />their designee. Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday 8am-5pm <br />(normal business hours) and respond to emergency on-site service calls after normal <br />business hours and on weekends, if necessary. Contractor shall provide shuttle service <br />at no cost to the City and generate written estimates on-site. Contractor shall provide all <br />related repairs identified during the course of conducting body repairs. Contractor shall <br />maintain adequate covered space at their place of business to securely store City vehicles <br />overnight and away from the elements, if necessary. At no time shall City vehicles be <br />stored on public streets or anywhere other than the Contractor’s place of business, unless <br />prior approval is obtained from the City. <br />Fee <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in an <br />amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000).
