CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Council Member Gee stated that due to living next door to the project, he is recused from voting <br />on item 7D. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Sturken and Howard, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, <br />except item 7D, passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Chu, to approve item 7D, passed 6-0-1 by roll call vote with <br />Council Member Gee recused. <br /> <br /> 7.A. Investment Report for the period ending June 30, 2025 (501) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the City's Investment Report for the period ending June 30, 2025. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.B. Approve large, recurring purchases necessary for operations in compliance with the <br />City’s Purchasing Policy (501) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize payment of annual operating expenditures in excess <br />of $110,000 per fiscal year per vendor for fiscal year 2025-26 as provided in Table 1, for <br />a total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $163,280,262. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.C. Levy of benefit assessments for the tax roll year 2025-2026 for the Seaport Boulevard <br />Landscape Maintenance District (301) Reso 16342 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution requesting and authorizing the County Controller to levy benefit <br />assessments for the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the amount <br />of $212,500 and authorizing the County Tax Collector to collect such assessments for the <br />tax roll year 2025-2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
