In addition, staff notified recipients of the City’s Anti-Displacement Strategy <br />email list and the focus group participants and posted a public notice in the San Mateo Daily Journal ten <br />days in advance of the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council could: <br />1. Waive the first reading and introduce a Tenant Protection Ordinance (Attachment B) that does not <br />include a right to return policy <br />2. Direct staff to return with a revised Tenant Protection Ordinance (Attachment A or B) that includes <br />other modifications as provided by Council <br />3.
