6.HHCC Recommendation <br />•Adopt a Right to Return Policy <br />•Same rental rate plus any increase(s) allowed by <br />the State TPA, had the tenant continuously occupied <br />the rental unit <br />•Same lease terms, except for any changes to terms <br />required by law <br />•Should the City Council decide to proceed with the right <br />to return with no restriction on the rental rate, the HHCC <br />recommends no right to return at all. <br />24
